About me and my practice

I help people to reconfigure thier lives by rediscovering their joy, finding peace with the present and reconnecting with their true self.
As with any counsellor, I offer a safe and supportive space to speak out whatever is troubling you. So what's different about working with me?
For one,I've been where you are - asking those questions of 'what now?', 'who, even, AM I?', and, 'surely there's more to life?'.
My clients find their answers through a combination of humanistic counselling and coaching. You will experience being seen and accepted, exactly as you are. I want you to be no other way. From there, we will work on your self image, self confidence and your relationshiip with your thoughts. (you know - those thoughts that limit and belittle you).

We'll meet using zoom, or by telephone, the advantage being that you can have your session anywhere that you feel comfortable, without the added stress of having to get somewhere for a particular time - invaluable if you are a parent or in full time employment.

Experience

I have been an online and telephone counsellor for the past 4 years in private practice.
My clients have ranged from people rebuilding their lives after years of alcohol addiction, to the recently bereaved, to those facing redundancy, to people who are coming to terms with the current effects of historic child abuse.
